Hot Honey Garlic Parm Wings
A classic, elevated. This flavor is immaculate and is a very simple, family-friendly dish.
Ingredients:
Chicken wings
Butter
Garlic
Rosemary
Red pepper flakes
Honey
Parmesan
Parsley
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheet with tinfoil.
Season wings with salt and pepper on both sides. Place wings in preheated oven COVERED with tinfoil for 30 minutes untouched.
After 30 minutes, flip wings and place back in oven for 30 minutes UNCOVERED.
In the meantime make the sauce.
Place one half stick of butter, a sprig of rosemary, and 5-7 minced garlic cloves in a saucepan and simmer on low for 15 minutes. Once rosemary is well infused, remove and discard.
Set infused butter aside.
After wings are finished cooking, remove and discard tinfoil. Replace with fresh foil.
Toss wing in rosemary garlic butter, place on freshly foiled baking sheet and drizzle with honey. Place in the oven for 3-5 minutes on a High Broil.
Once wings are complete, garnish with parsley and a generous amount of grated parmesan. Serve with a side of ranch - check out my lemon dill ranch here which pairs perfectly with the garlic parm.
Enjoy!
