Lemon Dill Ranch
We’re American, we love ranch! Everyone makes theirs differently and we don’t discriminate. Here is my ranch, hope you enjoy.
Ingredients:
1 cup Buttermilk
1 and 3/4 cup Kewpie Mayo
1 Restaurant Ranch packet
Fresh dill
Lemon zest
DIRECTIONS:
Combine buttermilk and mayo and add entire packet of ranch seasoning. Mix well and judge thickness level. If it is too liquidy add more mayo, if it is too thick add more buttermilk.
Once desired thickness is reached, add fresh ingredients. I add a very generous amount of dill and the zest of an entire lemon. I find the juice is too sour but the zest is just right to curb the saltiness of the seasoning.
