Fall OFF The bone Sticky Wings

Is anyone else a wing fanatic like me. I fucking love wings!! But have you ever gotten wings delivered and they are sitting in a pool of grease. If you want to avoid that, and would prefer a more health conscious preparation, these oven-baked fall-off-the-bone wings are going to be your new go to. I make these nearly weekly to satisfy my wing cravings.

Ingredients:

  • Party wings

  • Sweet chilli sauce

  • Brown sugar

  • Butter

  • Sriracha

  • Chilli Flakes

  • Stock

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheets with tinfoil.

  2. Season both sides of your wings.

  3. Place wings in oven COVERED in foil for 30 minutes.

  4. After 30 minutes remove from oven, flip wings, and place back in oven for another 30 minutes UNCOVERED.

  5. In the meantime, make your sauce.

  6. Brown your butter by heating and stirring butter on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until color darkens. As soon as you see the browning occur, add in 2 cups of sweet chilli sauce, 2 tbsps sriracha, 1 tsp chilli flakes, and a 1/3 cup of stock (chicken preferred). Heat on medium heat for a few minutes until sauce is bubbly.

  7. Add your wings to the sauce, let cook in sauce for 5 about 5 minutes on medium heat.

  8. If you want to crisp wings back up, place wings back in the oven on BROIL for about 5 minutes.
